Aug.11-17, 2012

This is my 3rd time to Netherlands, and the 2nd time for business trip. Luckily we can have direct flight from Taipei to Amsterdam this time taking 13 hours.

Unlike the holiday trip having a lot photo equipments on my back and lugguages, this business trip with only Fuji Finpix 500 let me indeed feel physcially relax....

It's always early morning arriving Schiphol airport. Good morning Amsterdam !!

Unlike what I always did the homeworks prior to the trip, I just simply trust myself able to manage to get to Nijmgen though it's the first time for me to be there.

I know I have to transfer to another train at Utrecht but no clue around when nor can I understand the Dutch broadcast. When seeing more people standing up I sense it's to be a big stop and Utrecht could be the one.

The hotel at Nijmgen is Scandic Sanadome. It's quite close to Nijmgen office and having hot spring. It's always full during the weekend. It's a resort like hotel so the room and facility make me feel very comfortable.

Then we went to Kroller-Muller Museum. There're quite some indoor and outdoor art collections.

Having lunch on grass like picnic under sunshine with winds breezing is really a joying thing.

 Shadow of the leaves ....

Nijmgen central is really quite with only few cafes open on Sunday.

Monday we went to Eindhoven office with almost full day meetings and back to Nijmgen. There's quite some restaurants closed on Monday too that we finally got one and it's really nice with every dishes. The appetizers tastes sooooooo decilous

Tueseday, after the full day workshop, we like to experience the SPA at Sanadome hotel.

In Holland, the lunch is always like 2nd breakfast. I'm sure I don't want to have another sandwitch as dinner...  I really want to have something hot and salty... Pasta with shrimps is indeed a nice one here.

Photo the pools at 2nd floor. I just notice the couples when I downloaded the pics to computers... ha..

I like the solid, wheat breads. And this one at Sanadome is really my favorite...

The Europe breakfast, unlike Asian having various kinds of dishes, it's quite standard offering like breads, hams, cheese, eggs, fruits, cereals and drinks, but could be in various breads, hams..eggs.. etc. Even though I didn't take that much as what I did in Japan, don't know why, it just takes me so long to finish a plate like below....

Wednesday we try to walk to office. The 52 degree design building... and NXP campus.

After days of workshop, we're a bit of out of battery, but thinking of the BBQ at Janneke's home where we can see Enzo, we're getting exciting then.

Enzo is so cute and apparently my Fuji camera cannot catch him well... but also not too bad... I think...

After the last day workshop, we took the night flight back to Taipei.
